The development includes a new interchange, arterial spine road with a 100m long bridge, along with 3km of new roading and associated utilities. The development requires complex staging to undertake utilities diversions, stream diversions and bulk earthworks while maintaining live roads and local quarry operations. The project has been broken into several contracts including utility diversions, pipelines, bulk earthworks, bridge construction, main roading construction and wetland stormwater enabling works.

Alta has been involved in the project from the procurement and delivery phase of the construction works.

This includes master programming and staging, procurement including management of multiple tenders. Ongoing, Alta is leading the delivery of several contracts fulfilling the engineer to the contract and engineer’s representative.
