‍Bjorn is a Quantity Surveyor who has more than 15 years of construction and consultancy experience in New Zealand and South Africa. This has involved civil engineering projects in mining infrastructure, buildings, roading, bridges and water retaining structures.  

His core skills include all facets of project financial management and reporting; variation pricing and negotiation; sub-contractor and supplier management; tender evaluation; stakeholder liaison and risk management.

Bjorn is also registered with the New Zealand institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS) as a member. He is currently studying part-time towards a Masters Degree in Construction (Quantity Surveying) at Massey University which will be completed at the end of 2025. ‍
