Carolina is a civil engineer with experience across infrastructure and construction projects in Argentina and New Zealand. She has contributed to major projects including the Metro Sports Facility, supporting coordination, documentation and quality processes across large multidisciplinary teams.

Practical, organised, and collaborative, Carolina values clear communication and enjoys working in environments where teams are aligned around a shared goal. Her early work on water, sewer and gas networks built a strong technical foundation, and she is motivated by projects that make a tangible difference in communities.

Originally from Argentina, Carolina enjoys working in multicultural teams and brings adaptability and a strong learning mindset to every project. Outside of work, she loves exploring New Zealand’s outdoors with her family.
