His career has taken him through some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure programmes, including Crossrail and HS2, where he developed a practical, solutions‑focused approach to engineering challenges.
He thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and believes that early communication and open dialogue are essential to successful project outcomes. With experience spanning tunnelling, rail, stations, highways and urban realm works, Jason is known for his calm leadership, attention to detail and ability to keep teams aligned in fast‑paced construction settings.
Jason is passionate about delivering infrastructure that is resilient and sympathetic to the environment, especially as climate change continues to shape the needs of communities. Career highlights include contributing to major “mega projects” in the UK, which strengthened his adaptability and reinforced the value of thoughtful, well‑coordinated delivery.
Outside of work, Jason loves travel, good food and anything that gets him outdoors. He’s an avid snowboarder and keeps active through running, golf, mountain biking, and tag rugby, a competitive streak that carries through to his professional life in all the right ways.
