Olivia is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering major transport and infrastructure projects across Singapore and New Zealand. She has strong commercial and contractual expertise developed through work on metro stations, tunnels and the North–South Corridor in Singapore, and has since broadened her capability through estimating and tendering for roading projects in New Zealand.

Known for her thoughtful, considered approach, Olivia brings a balance of commercial discipline and practical contract administration. She values strong relationships and clear communication, helping teams stay aligned and focused on achieving robust project outcomes.

Olivia contributes to the profession through her research on NZS 3910, presented at the NZBERS 2025 Symposium, reflecting her interest in fairness and impartiality in contract administration.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking with a focus on nutrition, and spending time by the ocean.
