Rashmi is a civil engineer with over 13 years’ experience across transport, utilities, building and commercial projects in India and New Zealand. She brings a practical, delivery‑focused approach shaped by her strong problem‑solving mindset and her ability to work confidently across design and construction environments.

Her project experience includes contributions to major civil and transport works such as the Ōtaki Bridge shared path and clip‑on structures, Ōtaki to Levin safety improvements, Ohakea and McKay’s Crossing CVSC, Marsden Point CVSC and Watercare’s twin sewer main installation under SH1. She has also supported subdivision and tender work for developments including Auranga, Park Estate and Murphy’s Road, along with tender pricing for the New Lynn to Avondale shared path.

Before moving to New Zealand, Rashmi worked on large design‑and‑build projects in India, including the Mahatma Mandir Museum, DLF Vibhuti Khand residential and commercial complex, Shukhobrishti affordable housing township, and the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. This international background gives her a broad perspective on project delivery and stakeholder needs.
