‍Ricky’s 15 years as an engineer have been well spent. He has extensive contractor-side experience having worked as a client representative, project manager, lead contractor, bid lead and site engineer. Ricky has experience on green field sites and has undertaken remote project work in Western Australia, namely Pannawonica, Karratha and Port Hedland.

‍Ricky has been responsible for staffing, dispute resolution, meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement. All the experience gained at the workface working on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects has resulted in Ricky developing deep expertise in all areas of our services. He is stimulated by his problem-solving role and how the outcomes are translated to the physical build.

Having worked on four of Auckland's largest strategic network projects, I feel a genuine sense of contribution to the city's future, along with real satisfaction in seeing projects completed to high standard, where both the public and client are pleased, knowing the work forms part of a better environment for generations to come.
