Kelley has 15 years of experience managing work on large infrastructure construction projects. She has developed real-life knowledge of many civil engineering disciplines, including tunnelling, motorway, rail, bridge, cycleway, and precast concrete.

She has worked on many public infrastructure projects, which have involved subway, rail, electrification, dam, stormwater, motorway, bridge, cycleway and public space projects. Part of her approach is ensuring the efficient use of the resources allocated to public infrastructure projects.

“I really enjoyed working on the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Warm Springs Extension subway project in Fremont, California. We constructed a cut-and-cover subway through Lake Elizabeth using a series of sheet pile coffer dams and CDSM walls.”
