The project is the continuation of regeneration and development of the Wynyard Quarter and includes construction of pedestrian and cyclist friendly streets, high quality street furniture and paving alongside lush planting.
We provided ongoing project management support for Auckland Transport, from design development stage into construction. The work required significant planning and sequencing as the street is constructed from the deep drainage up to the high-quality finishes seen by the public.
Our input included, construction phasing and sequencing, procurement support, programme and cost management, and broader project management.
