The project is the continuation of regeneration and development of the Wynyard Quarter and includes construction of pedestrian and cyclist friendly streets, high quality street furniture and paving alongside lush planting.

The first stage of Wynyard Quarter opened in 2011, largely centred around Jellicoe Street. It featured the open spaces of Silo Park and Karanga Plaza, along with the promenade and eateries of North Wharf. Since then, a range of commercial, residential, hotel and public space development has been completed.

We provided constructability input to the definition design stage including detailed construction sequencing, option selection, productivity assessment, quantification for planning purposes, site planning, traffic management and logistics.

Following these activities we have provided specialist support to tender evaluation teams for trenchless work.
