Henry has worked in the construction industry for 20 years on projects in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and India. His broad experience includes structural design, client-side project management and civil contracting on three waters, structures, tunnels, micro tunnelling and roading projects.
Henry leads the team in Christchurch, and works across all of Alta’s service lines with his strong commercial acumen and Engineer to Contract experience. He has significant estimating expertise, including preparing Engineers Estimates, Parallel Estimates and Business Case Budget Estimates. In addition, he has experience in procurement planning, sole-source contract negotiation and contract cost validation for various clients throughout New Zealand.
Henry’s construction experience and project lifecycle expertise provide him with comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the delivery process, including Engineer to the Contract.
Henry was Project Manager for the Winning Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia project for Best Public Works Project for the Sumner Rd Retaining Wall, stage 4.
