Kyle has a blend of South African and New Zealand experience. A trained Quantity Surveyor, he worked in South Africa for almost three years, and the other eight years of his career have been here in New Zealand. Kyle has worked in both the construction and the infrastructure sectors.
His experience includes cost management, procurement, streetscape and project delivery. Taking on a senior QS role was a rewarding move for Kyle and helped to advance his career. Now that he is working in the consulting sector, Kyle is currently an Engineers Representative.
“I enjoy the opportunities and challenges that the industry offers. I’m very detail-oriented, so seeing plans go from paper to production is both motivating and rewarding.”
